ERMC is pleased to announce that we have made some exciting and positive changes. Effective immediately, these changes are designed to move ERMC forward as we grow to meet the demands of an ever expanding market.


Our President, Paul Riopel has assumed the position of Chief Executive Officer. In this capacity Mr. Riopel will focus his attention on developing ERMC’s presence in the marketplace and enhancing the ERMC brand.


Ed Wendlandt has been appointed President of ERMC.  Reporting to the CEO, Mr. Wendlandt is responsible for the management of all of ERMC’s daily operations and execution of our strategic plan for growth.  Ed is a dynamic individual with superior organizational and management skills who will ensure that ERMC’s high standards of performance are maintained as we grow.


Bruce Hertz has been appointed to the position of Vice President of Business Development. In this capacity his primary areas of responsibility are in sales and recruiting.  With his education and background Bruce is ideally suited to these two most important tasks.


With these changes ERMC will be able to offer emergency preparedness services to an ever increasing number of organizations in all parts of Canada, the USA and the world and across all sectors of business, industry and government.  As has been the case for twenty two years, ERMC will continue to deliver top quality emergency preparedness services to you, our clients.
