Through our auditing process, ERMC works with you to provide an honest evaluation.   All of our recommendations are based both on the client’s experience and ERMC’s own checklist, which is developed in accordance with standards and best practices.

We’ll provide you with a professional opinion as to your state of preparedness. When ERMC works with a client, we not only raise awareness about potential dangers and work to minimize hazards – we make sure you have the knowledge to effectively manage dangerous situations.

Hazard and Risk Analysis

EMRC will work with you to identify existing hazards presented to your organization.   Risks are subjectively ranked on the basis of impacts to the public, the organization, the environment, and to reputation.  Included in this analysis is an evaluation of the resources in place to deal with the risks identified.  We subsequently provide our clients with recommendations to improve upon existing levels of emergency preparedness.

Plan Review

ERMC will review any of the following:

  • Emergency Response Plan
  • Business Continuity Plan
  • Crisis Communications Plan

…and provide a comprehensive review.  The report will not only identify areas for improvement, but areas to potentially optimize as well.  Each comment will be accompanied with practical, implementable recommendations.

Emergency Response Management Program

Need a health check?  We’ll sit down with you and provide an objective review your program.  We’ll take a look at the following elements of your program as a minimum:

  • Policy – Emergency Management
  • Emergency Planning Committee
  • Hazard and Risk Analysis
  • Emergency Response Plan
  • Training program
  • Exercise program

ERMC can provide a short or detailed summary of findings, complete with recommended priorities and actions.
